Save this file to your choice of location on your computer. 
Select "Start/Run", and "browse" for this location. After locating the file, select it, 
and then select "open". You will now see the location and the file in the "Run" window. 
Select "OK". The self-extractor will extract all files, and then run the installer for 
QuickTime 6. 
You will then see a window with a prompt to extract the demo, and its readme file to 
"c:\esap_demo". 
If you wish to accept this location for the demo, select "Unzip". 
If you wish to change the location, select "browse". After your desired 
location has been selected, click on "Unzip". After the two files have been unzipped, 
"close" the zip utility's window, and open QuickTime. 
Browse to "c:\esap_demo" (or your selected location) to select the esap_demo movie file.
