Vaughn Askue, manager of customer development at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, Connecticut, is a longtime pilot and a former flight test engineer. He holds a B.S. in aeronautical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an active member of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and the Sailplane Homebuilders Association. He has worked on the design and construction of several homebuilts.
