Updates - Effective June, 2009

2010 Test Books are now shipping - but you may continue to use your 2009 books with the support of these Updates.

Email Updates: Clicking on 'SIGN UP' for the desired rating or license in the "Sign up for Updates" table below will open your default email client, with the appropriate 'Send to' address filled in automatically. You do not have to enter anything in either the 'subject' line, or in the body of the message. Simply send the message. You will receive a confirmation email.
NOTE: If you use browser-based email (no 3rd party email client such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird) then you must manually copy/paste the desired email address to your "To" field. To do so:

1. Right-click on the desired "SIGN-UP" link below
2. Select "Copy Email Address"; Internet Explorer users select "Copy Shortcut"
3. Open your browser window as necessary to send mail
4. Paste the address into your browser email window's "To" field. IMPORTANT: For Internet Explorer users, delete Mailto: from the address
5. Leave the "Subject" and "Body" contents blank.

NOTE: 'N/A' in the 'Effective Date' column means there are no applicable updates; what you have is current through June 2009.

FAA Testing Supplement: Inspection Authorization - (.pdf format - 9849K). This is the current version of the publication. CT-8080-8C is no longer current or valid.

The updates available in the 2009 table along with your printed books will give you questions current through June 2009.

We anticipate the FAA will release new tests in October 2009; Updates will be prepared accordingly.
