Updates - Your version of Prepware is noted in the lower right corner of the Choose a Test screen that appears when you first open Prepware. If you have Prepware 2009, it should say something like Version 11.0 . If your software shows something less than 11.5, then you will need to choose the following appropriate updater to bring your software up-to-date:

1) Click on the appropriate (Windows or Mac)updater, and save the file to your desktop.

For Windows - Windows 11.5 Updater

For Macintosh - Mac 11.5 Updater

2) Make sure Prepware is closed, then double click the file you just saved, and when the window opens choose Run.

3) When the Prepware window opens, click on Update. When the update is complete, you will receive a message telling you that the update was successful.

4) Open Prepware, and confirm that the version showing in the lower right corner says 11.5.
