IP Trainer Joystick Update 1.0

The update below will ensure proper operation of the following joysticks with IP Trainer.

Microsoft Force Feedback 2 USB joystick
Microsoft Precision Pro USB joystick
Thrustmaster Topgun USB joystick
Thrustmaster Afterburner II USB joystick

PLEASE NOTE: This update has been tested with the above joysticks ONLY; the primary symptom being a hard veer left or right once the aircraft starts moving. If you use the above joysticks and IP Trainer 6.5, and have experienced this issue, use the files below to update IP Trainer.
